The following is Core Workout.
The gadget is called TRX. In my personal case, the TRX has been really effective giving me quick results. I really enjoy this kind of “anti-gravity” training because it lets you work with your own body weight. The best thing about it is that you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself. You can adjust your body position and the amount of resistance; furthermore you can work any part of your body. The following video is a quick demonstration of core exercises that you can do to enhance your abs!
- Perform each exercise type (4 in total) in 2 sets each of a minute.
- Rest for 30 seconds.
- Core workout length: 12 minutes
